So I will try to summarize :
-It’s official, the BOT thinks that THB will continue to appreciate versus USD
-But meanwhile, the BOT begs the thai exporters to stop dumping… their USD. First bug.
-But meanwhile, the BOT continues to buy USD on the domestic market (to “intervene“…) and by doing so, increases strongly its Foreign currency reserves… They continue to buy something that is loosing value, and that will continue to loose value… Second bug.
Talk about coherence after that !
