Wan Yoobamrung, AKA Mister Happy Toilet (appointed by the Health Minister), is indeed a happy folk. And he’s the son of the Interior Minister too. 
“I dreamt when I was a child that if I ever worked here at the Public Health Ministry I would make all the toilets in the country flush toilets,” Wan says.
I love this country !
