My point : I'm not sure we can blame only the "speculation". It's going to last. It's enough to see the several rice orders some countries continue to put (last example Malaysia). What the thai gvt (like many others) is doing is simply... to <I>subsidize</I> the local market of rice. Flooding ? Not yet.

My point : I’m not sure we can blame only the “speculation”. It’s going to last. It’s enough to see the several rice orders some countries continue to put (last example Malaysia).
