I have travelled through many Middle East and Africa airports that are patrolled by heavily armed military, no problem. But, this is totally different, these are armed and sometimes violent protestors who have shown no respect of the government or police for a week. No thanks, I'm packing my little bottle of shampoo in a clear bag and headed out via another airport.

Believe me, if US carrier allows flights in/out without a thorough, internationally verified security search (not just PAD and AOT as they are proposing) they are going to have a damn hard time getting me to take off my shoes when I return next week.

i guess they screw the whole security breach then. Think how many walls could have hidden weapons just to wait use under airports normal operation. Yesterday they speak one week which sounds reasonsle now one day. Scary
