About to register your new condo ? Feel stressed ? Have a snack and a soft drink

Here is the latest bright idea from the boiler room…

Asian Property Development is considering revising its plan to launch six residential projects worth nearly Bt6 billion this quarter, should the domestic political situation remain uncertain. […]

However, the company is pumping up its marketing activity by launching its “One Fine Day by AP” campaign.

Under the “feel good” campaign, which runs from Monday until the end of the year, the company will serve snacks and soft drinks at 15 Land Offices in Bangkok when customers register and have their homes transferred to them.

The campaign has the objective of creating a relaxing feeling for customers during these times of daily bad news rather than actually boosting our sales,‘ he said. (Nation)

Tasty, isn’it ? I can imagine the poor guy inside the Land Department, totally freaked out because he’s going to register his new condo… and he starts to think that well… maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to buy it… and suddendly a girl from APD shows up and offers him a “snack and a soft drink“…

Feel good campaign “, you name it !

đŸ˜‰

I mean… are people actually paid to design such “campaign ” ? ! ?
