Boat people : “you can contact us now”… Abhisit is diving deeper

The government is ready to have the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees contact with the Foreign Ministry in order to meet the Rohingya immigrants, Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said Saturday.

Mr Abhisit said he has asked the ministry and has been informed that the UNHCR has not made official request to meet with the illegal immigrants.

He added that UNHCR could help solve the problem since the beginning, which is to prevent the arrivals of boat people or illegal immigrants from India, Bangladesh and Burma. (Bangkok Post)

Abhisit is diving deeper.

After being ridiculed by the army, and by his childish reactions… Abhisit adds insult to injury with his latest statement. Now that the refugees “have been sent back out sea” (according to the army)… the UNHCR can contact the government… Gracious.

Are we speaking about an appointment with a dentist here ! ? What a fickleness, what a contempt…

And last but not least… if boat people are dying (or are killed)… in a way it’s the fault of the UNHCR. They should have prevented them to go to Thailand…

Disgusting rethoric Mister Abhisit.

You are a disgrace to your country and to the international community, exactly like your predecessor Samak was (about the massacre of 1976, the war on drugs, and the killing of monks in Burma).

Change with Abhisit ? Yes we can’t.
