Hip hip hurrah ! At last, “threats turn real” !

Nation is excited like a teenager watching a fashion show with naugthy pieces of lingerie fine.

Think about it ! After weeks and week of cheap preparation of the plebeian’s mind (“violence will occur in february, repeat after me, violence will occur in february”)… after some nice starts but rather too short (the… poo poo bag attack in Abhisit’s garden)… at last ! At last ! The clowns at the Propaganda Staffel have their terrorist attack.

The definitive one.

A C4 bomb inside a fruit juice carton. Let me tell you : enough to dwarf 9/11.

As the Supreme Court’s Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions is scheduled to rule on February 26 whether or not to seize the Bt76-billion assets of convicted ex-PM Thaksin Shinawatra, the violence anticipated ahead of the upcoming court verdict has arrived already.

I mean, i’ts shock and awe. 😉 Look at the horrible list (compiled by Nation like a bear licking its lips in front of a honey pot) :

– Mid-last month, an M-79 was fired into Army Chief Anupong Paochinda’s office

– Security was beefed up for Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva after bags filled with excrement and fermented fish (pla ra) were thrown into the PM’s residence early this month

– Last Saturday, two cars tried to interrupt the PM’s motorcade in two separate incidents.

– On Saturday night, at about 11pm, an unidentified attacker fired an M79 grenade

– Yesterday three pounds of C-4 explosives were found in a Supreme Court compound.

That’s the final blow : 3 pounds of C-4 explosive… in a fruit juice cartoon. I mean look at the picture ! Dirty, nasty, and deadly fruit juice carton !

But hopefuly the photograph took the  picture before the police found out it was… a bomb. With “electronic circuit” inside. How lucky. 😉

Enough laughing.

Those “attacks” are grotesque.

Real violence is much more simple : the army in Bangkok’s street last year for instance, this was real violence.  Terrorists (real) putting bombs (real) in the South and killing and injuring dozen of people, that’s real violence.

The “violence” we have in Bangkok is a joke. A string of cheap false flag attacks.

And as usual, the question is very simple : who benefits from the crime ?

Well, by looking at the hysterical reaction from the clowns at Nation… I guess the answer is obvious.

PS : take time to peruse archives on Google for instance… You’ll see that since 2006 we had dozen and dozen so called “attacks”, “incidents” in Bangkok… with almost everytime no injuries and very small damages. And of course, no culprits were never arrested. Never… Surprising, huh ?

excellent coverage, TC; you might be interested in the work of Begoña Aretxaga, who wrote on precisely this technique used by the State of Spain in Basque country, where provocations blamed on the separatists (who do not renounce violence, or even, on occasion, terrorist violence, to be sure) were actually the work of the State, which then was justified in unleashing its own real violence (instead of the phantomatic variety).

Also very similar to the “Strategy of Tension” in 1970s Italy, where neo-fascist non-governmental organizations were involved in multiple kidnappings, bombings, and murders, almost all of which were promptly blamed on leftists (who also occasionally indulged themselves in real violence, to be sure).

Keep up the great work, and thanks.

Yellow team members dressed in red shirts will be the biggest problem I predict.

But don’t discuss the yellow team leader or face 15 years in jail.

Being in Thailand and seeing the “anti reds” propoganda on the tv on a daily basis where they are being blamed for everything except under the sun it is even scarier.

Last night 6 of the 8 news channels my wife watches had news bulletins highlighting the “danger” of the Reds, crazy!

Strategy aside, if the fruit juice container was full of C4, it is hardly fire-cracker. It doesn’t take a lot of C4 to make quite a big bang. Depends if the container was full or not.

    That’s not the point.

The point is : those bombs, by miracle, never go off. They are always planted at the right place, and at the right time…. but they never work.

Remember the “car bomb” against Thaksin ?

But the effects are powerful : you focus for instance on the power of the “bomb”. Yes 3 pounds of C4 can do a lot of damages. So it must be very serious then ! This is exactly what the culprits wanted you to believe.

After the “poo poo bag attack” in Abhisit’s garden, I mean they needed something more “serious”, right ? 😉

Exactly when the hysterical government is talking about “violence”. How convenient…

What we have here are intimidation campaigns, and probably false flag operations, absolutely not “violence”

    TC

it’s good you reminded about 2006.

let me elaborate a bit on that reminder: on Dec 31 2006, New Year eve, in several crowded places in Bangkok city where supposed to be the new year “countdown” some bombs were blown up. there were casualties and injuries too.

4 years later – still NOBODY has beeen EVER found, arrested, charged, punished. in fact – even as much as NAMED !

6 (or 7 ?) bombs all over the city in 1 night. and 4 years on – still “searching for terrorists” ! 😉

…and here’s the rub. From the BP today we have this quote from the Dep. PM.

“Mr Trairong said he did now know if those behind the weekend bombs were the same as the groups of people gathering for political purposes. That was the duty of the police to find out.

Mr Trairong then suggested that the enforcement of security laws should be altered so demonstrations can be better controlled. Authorities must also take strict measures against those breaking the law.”

Ok.. so what do we have here.. a few potential bombs left by someone.. and now we have a huge leap to ‘laws should be altered so demonstrations can be better controlled’ Huh? WTF? Any person who with even one tenth of a brain should be insulted at this propaganda. Insane!
